SAS: Do reversal of EUR 70 million for suspended kartelldom

 (SIX) SAS receives a distribution of over 70  million euros since  The European Commission does  not appeal European Court's judgment.        It is clear from a press release.        The European Commission decided in  November 2010 that SAS Cargo and  SAS Group,  along with eleven other airlines, had participated  in  a global cartel on air freight.       In  the first judgment, SAS was sentenced to a fine of  over EUR 70 million.  In December 2015 overturned  the European Court of Justice European  Commission's decision  including fines.        The reversal will be recorded as an  extraordinary item in  the airline's second  quarter of fiscal year 2015/2016.       The  EU Commission has the opportunity to take a new  decision in this  question.
