He then hired Per E Samuelsson, one of Sweden’s best-known criminal lawyers. He has represented Assange, economic offenses sentenced Alexander Richards and Trustor-bundle Peter Mattsson.
In an email to the Business World writes Per E Samuelsson, Johan Carlstrom has shown documentary evidence “clearly” shows that he at no time acted with inside information.
– I have therefore requested the EBM that a new hearing should be held with him as soon as possible with the hope that the investigation against him will be down shortly, writes Per E Samuelsson.
For the moment, the company’s technical director Jorgen Lantto who is acting president. According to prosecutors Pontus Hamilton’s investigation in its infancy and possible prosecution decision is expected no earlier than the end of the year.
