The shares in Granges, who is appearing on the stock market today, priced at SEK 42.50 in the issue.
It gives Granges a market capitalization of approximately 3.2 billion , according to a press release from Orkla.
It was in the lower end of the range that had been reported to be 42-50 crowns.
Orkla sells 60 percent of its holdings in Granges in the issue. Allotment Option is 15 percent, which, if exercised, means that 69 percent of the total shares sold in the issue.
