The automotive industry demands green car information – Swedish Dagbladet

Car Sweden hopes that the new system should be designed so that the new car premium paid by an adjusted vehicle tax on all cars, rather than through the addition of a registration fee on new cars. The latter system would be likely to impede the introduction of new, more environmentally friendly cars, according to Bil Sweden.

Donald Runnberg working with government contacts at Volvo PV agrees. He thinks that sustainability is important, and not to introduce a system where the money runs out, or that focus on a specific fuel.

– It is important that you do not have instruments that you then mount down completely abruptly as the clients then you feel cheated.
