Hansa’s two properties are bought for 609 million crowns of real estate fund Areims second fund.
– The aim is to further strengthen the Hansa as a venue in central Malmo, says Therese Rattik, CEO of Areim.
The deal is done in close collaboration with Hea Property Partners, who will be responsible for development and management of the new Hansa.
