In April acquired Norrporten up of Castellum. When the shares took office June 15, it was clear that the president of the North region of Castellum will Jörgen Lundgren, with the backdrop as President and Vice President of Norrporten for over 10 years. – it feels good to get that role in the new company we are building. In Sundsvall, I know that it planned very construction project and it will be interesting to be able to help in other investments than we could before, because Castellum is more focused on logistics and inventory than Norrporten was, says Jörgen Lundgren.
Norrporten’s head office in Sundsvall will instead become a regional office for Castellum.
– There will still be a rather large office in Sundsvall. We were of course set to take the North Gate to the stock exchange. Now it was not so, and when it was time to go with another company Castellum is a very good partner. Castellum has properties of 71 billion and 26 of those coming from the North Gate. Therefore, it feels good to have 10 years at North Gate in the back, says Jörgen Lundgren.
