There is bribery in the Swedish construction industry, according to the construction manager survey in 2016.
More than half of the construction managers and supervisors who participated in the survey responded that there are bribery in the construction industry. In addition, there will be suppliers and contractors providing goods and services to win contracts, writes Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.
Around six in ten said they met someone in their industry who have worked black on the side. But only one in ten believe that it is common.
The survey is based on responses from 1000 members of the trade organization Building managers.
