It is hardly moved two weeks ago, Fredrik Lundberg kicked out Anders Nyrén and himself took over as Chairman of Industrivärden after Sverker Martin-Löf. Now he begins large cleaning and kicks two of Anders Nyrén’s closest men, Carl-Olof By, and Anders Nyberg.
Industrivärden will have already notified the Carl-Olof By, and Anders Nyberg that they are no longer welcome in Industrivärden.
Industrivärden’s Acting CEO Bengt Kjell says this to DN:
– It is normal and natural to man in connection with a change of CEO adjust their operations to the new conditions that exist, from business to the organization. Out of respect for individual employees leave, we never comment on how it is with individuals.
Anders Nyberg , born in 1951, is Executive Vice President of Industrivärden and has previously worked as General Counsel at SCA. He is also Chairman of Sandvik’s Nomination Committee.
Carl-Olof By, has worked on Industrivärden 25 years and is currently a senior advisor to Industrivärden.
It was after SvD Enterprise’s review of extensive representation and use of private aviation as Industrivärden’s and SCA’s Chairman, Sverker Martin-Löf left all their assignments in power sphere.
Subsequently, also SCA’s CEO Jan Johansson and on Industrivärden’s meeting two weeks ago also left Anders Nyrén his post as CEO and as intended chairman.
