Increased earnings for Ryanair – Hufvudstadsbladet

Three times more passengers than Ryanair itself had anticipated hired the airline last year.

The airline Ryanair reported a profit increase of 66 percent after tax for the split fiscal year that ended in March.

The number of passengers grew strongly, three times as much as Ryanair had set a target for the year.

The Irish company tracks continued profit growth this year, as due to increased peripheral services.

The profit was EUR 867 million. The current year is estimated to land at between 940 and 970 million.

Ryanair believes that airfares will be more or less unchanged over the period to September. The airline is the largest in terms of number of passengers.
