Eniro: Auditor Comitte can open disciplinary case against auditors – Svenska Dagbladet

(SIX) Auditor Board notifies the SvD Business that may come to open a disciplinary case against the auditors who discovered shortcomings of Eniro's accounts. Adam Diamond, General Counsel at the Board of Public Accountants told SvD that investigation can be "quite large" and that it now makes a preliminary study on available material and is awaiting internal investigation conducted by PwC on behalf of Eniro. "We will assess the material we have and see if there is conditions for criticism. Then we decide on a disciplinary matter to be opened, "said Adam Diamond to SvD. Questions that may be investigated include whether auditors should have detected irregularities in the reported revenue related to the course the rally in the stock.
