A 32-year-old man accused of having parachuted from a wind farm in Everöd south of Kristianstad.
On 5 July this year, he, along with another person, he broke into wind turbine. Police officers got there, but they could only resort to the one that is now being prosecuted for trespassing, writes Kristianstadsbladet.
32-year-old admits he was there, but deny the charges.
prosecutor believes that the man should be sentenced to pay 60 day-fines.
