There is interference on the Western Main Line because of a Gear fault.
The delays mainly affect traffic between Gothenburg and Alingsås and thus the traffic towards Stockholm and vice versa.
The trains between Stockholm and Gothenburg pulled already with delays of up to an hour and a half. State may worsen slightly before gear fault is corrected. Transport Administration hopes it will have arranged the problems before eight o’clock on Thursday evening.
– However, even when the fault is repaired, the delays remain, says Benny Josefsson on the Administration press office.
