“I feel completely sure that everything has gone right,” says Carl-Henric Svanberg to the Dagens industri in Friday’s edition of the magazine.
On 16 september sold Carl-Henric Svanberg its block of shares in Melker Schörling, on 943 million sek to the chairman Melker Schörling. Five weeks later, we presented a press release in which Melker Schörling announces that he is leaving their board positions, and thereby also the chair of the MSAB. The share dropped since 4.2 per cent during the day for the announcement.
Svanberg claims that he knew Melker Schörlings deteriorating health, but he however did not know that the message about the departure would come so soon after the sale of shares.
Through his actions, and that Carl-Henric Svanberg will take place in the board of directors of MSAB mean the newspaper to his presidency in the Volvo may be questioned.
