Umeå. After years of robust expansion, buy now Limited up Umeåföretaget for 163,2 million.

On Friday afternoon came the news that the T3, originating from Vindeln in Västerbotten county and the seat of Umeå, bought up by Limited for 163,2 million. 63,2 million paid in cash and the remainder with 6 153 846 newly issued shares in the Limited.

Limited expands its existing broadband and ip-telephony business and is also a complement to the corporate segment. T3 was formed in 2002 and has substantially grown its business organically and has had a strong growth over the past five years.
