(SIX) Financial Supervision Authority has previously announced that it would introduce requirements for repayment of all new mortgages in Sweden with LTV over 50 percent from August this year. Now, the data from the Administrative Court of Appeal in Jönköping that the proposal is illegally. According Appeal president Stefan Holgersson has Financial Supervisory interpreted the law too generous to their own advantage.
