In order to avoid staff shortages offers some counties hundred dollars extra per week for permanent staff who work during the summer.
At yesterday County Council of Blekinge where nurses offered SEK 20 000 extra a week, for specialist nurses up to 24 000, reports the SR echo.
– It’s no really good solution but it is well a way to still have it walk around, says Hans Christer Björkman on the County Council’s staffing unit.
