Chocolate, chewy rats and hard candies. Easter is the feast when we eat the most candy. But do not pull out of slurping force – for the teeth, it is best to just munch on one occasion.
Now comes a time when we eat a lot of sweets. But if you make sure to brush your teeth and floss regularly does not make it so much that you eat candy at Easter. And it is better to eat all the candy at once so that the teeth are exposed to so many acid attack.
Water and cheese
rinse your mouth with water after eating candy, or neutralize mouth’s pH by taking a piece of cheese are examples of tricks to reduce the risk of tooth decay. Have you tasted very sour candy, you should also avoid brushing teeth immediately afterwards because it can damage the enamel.
chewy toffees are notorious plombutdragare and hard candy can be a culprit as it may lead to a bitter broken top on a tooth. Chocolate is however good to fill Easter egg with because it melts quickly and does not stop as long as the mouth.
