Bennet has sold for over $ 400 million in Elanders Svenska Dagbladet

Transaction made at a price of 102 per share, according to a press release. Elanders closed at sek 109 on Wednesday. Shortly after börsöppningen on Thursday, the share price had dropped by more than 4 percent to 104,50.

Also Peter Sommer, general manager for Print & Packaging Solutions, Europe at Elanders, sold the shares in the sale which was organised by the SEB, and here it was 600 000 class B shares.

the Sale was carried out via a so-called accelerated bookbuilding process directed at institutional investors on Wednesday night.

mr. Bennet, after the sale take a little more than 1.8 million A shares and approximately 15.9 million B-shares, corresponding to approximately 50.1% of the shares, and 65,9% of the votes in Elanders.

” I see the long term in my huvudägande in Elanders. Elanders will continue to be one of my core investments. The location means that I will have the equivalent of ownership in Elanders as I have in the exempelvisLifco, another of my core holdings, ” says Carl Bennet, according to the press release.

Both mr. Bennet that Peter Sommer is committed by means of a lock-up commitments not to sell shares during the next 365 days.
