Vattenfall very controversial sale of the German brown coal operations to the Czech company EPH has been notified to the European Commission, reports the Echo.
Behind the notification states German-Mongolian company LMMG who also wanted to buy the brown coal.

Now, complaining it again, then it is clear that Vattenfall will pay the equivalent of 17 billion to the EPH, information LMMG believes that all interested companies should have had access to while the selection process was going on.
The company also complain that the not had time to put an official bid before the excluded, and the question whether EU law permits a state company contributes so much money to a private company.
