Upward trend for tenant slowing – Swedish Dagbladet

During the last three months have housing prices in Sweden rose 3.6 percent compared with the previous three-month period, and house prices have risen 4.2 percent.

The last twelve months have housing prices rose 18.3 percent, while villa prices have risen 13.1 percent.

The combined index for the whole of Sweden, HOXSWE, rose 0.2 percent in May from the previous month, rose 4.0 percent during the last three months, rising 15.0 percent over the last twelve months.
