Doro vinstvarnar – ceo will leave the Business community

the telephone company’s ceo forecasts that the operating profit for 2016 will amount to 40-50 million, a reduction against the previous “slightly lower than the 2015″ year of hefty 95 million, and announces that the ceo, Jérôme Arnaud leaves the company. It is clear from a press release.

Restructuring costs of approximately sek 21 million, related to the ceo change as well as the cutbacks in the Swedish staff, and the closure of a French research and development office, will be charged against earnings in the fourth quarter.

Jérôme Arnaud will remain as ceo until a successor is recruited, something the board waiting to be completed by the beginning of 2017.

Sales in 2016 is still expected to exceed the outcome for 2015 (1.838 million) and the current order intake is strong, are also communicated.
