No recognition from murder suspect 17-year-old – Swedish Radio

The information from the prosecutor that 17-year-old admitted the murder in Norrahammar south of Jönköping in late October is not true.

The prosecutor Eleanor Dufva has had to backtrack and apologize for that she used an inappropriate expression. Aftonbladet she says that 17-year-old has admitted the facts, but that he has not recognized the killings.

The 17-year-old’s lawyer told the newspaper that this harmed his client and that he shall request that the confidentiality of the case lifted, so that the 17-year-old may be able to give his version.

A 16-year-old is also suspected , both detained and suspected of murder and attempted murder. It was the night of October 28 as a 17 year old was shot to death, and a 16-year-old was shot in Norrahammar. The two suspect fled in a taxi, which was stopped on E4 in Scania, where they could be arrested and later arrested.

The 17-year-old who died of his injuries had since the beginning of the fall has been on the run from treatment center Margretelund Lidköping. 16-year-old, who was injured, left the hospital before police could question him, but is now himself on suspicion of attempted murder in Malmö earlier this fall.

The prosecution for the shots in Norrahammar must be brought not later than 28 November.
