Setback for Apple in patent litigation against Samsung – the Swedish newspaper svenska Dagbladet

the Supreme court of the united states puts foot down in the age-old battle between the american Apple and the south Korean rival Samsung. In a unanimous decision the court will reject the judgment of a lower court that Samsung should pay 399 million u.s. dollars, equivalent to more than 3.6 billion to Apple as compensation for patent infringement.
