New agreement between the Swedish Trade Union and pharmacy staff – Today’s Trading

The agreement is for one year and applies for the period from 1 May 2016 until and including 30 April 2017.

The agreement follows the industry set the mark of 2.2 percent. Level of increase is 2.0 per cent and 0.2 per cent salary provisions for part-time (flexible retirement).

– Cost Position in the industry is high and many companies are struggling. Wage increases in this year’s wage negotiations are high and will be difficult for many to bear, says Karin Johansson , the Swedish Trade Federation president.
