Telia, Tele2 forced to pay 240 million in damages – Swedish Dagbladet

the District Court has now settled an old dispute where Tele2 sued TeliaSonera for selling its products too cheap, thus abused its dominant position on the so-called ADSL connections.

Tele2 had demanded compensation of 700 million, but the City Court of Stockholm just gives Tele2 partly right and puts down the damages to 240 million, according to a press release from the law.

the cause of the target’s old age is that it has lain dormant in anticipation of another case where the Competition Authority sued TeliaSonera – a judgment which came in 2013.
