Scandi Standards sales grew 8 percent – Swedish Dagbladet

STOCKHOLM (AFX) Chicken Company Scandi Standards sales grew by 8 percent in constant currency in the first quarter and it was especially the Norwegian operations, which increased.

In Norway, the company reported revenues of SEK 332 million, an up 32 percent in local currency and the Norwegian business thus accounted for around 24 percent of group sales.

“We also benefited from increased volumes of Coop Norway and that deliveries to NorgesGruppen was initiated during the quarter,” the company’s CEO Leif Bergvall Hansen in the report.
