HMD Global is a new company with its head office in Helsinki. They have a number of old Nokia Veterans at the top and are now through a number of agreements concluded to start manufacturing Nokia Mobiles.
The company has signed an agreement with Nokia Technologies that gives them exclusive rights to the brand Nokia on mobile phones and tablets in the next ten years . The agreement includes the right to use the patents that Nokia owns needed for production.
