STOCK EXCHANGE: DONG ENERGY MAKES IPO IN SUMMER – Business Week

STOCKHOLM (AFX) The Danish wind power company Dong Energy announced an IPO and expects to introduce shares on Nasdaq Copenhagen during the summer.

The company has previously indicated that it could happen to the last end of the first quarter of 2017.

The Danish government intends to sell part of its stake, but still remain as the majority shareholder with 50.1 percent for the spread of ownership. Currently owns the Danish State 58.8 percent.

The other major shareholder is New Energy Investment (Goldman Sachs) with 17.9 percent, SEAS-NVE Holding by 10.8 percent ATP by 4.9 percent.

Combined, 15 percent of the shares sold out. No new shares will be included.

Joint Global Coordinators will be JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Nordea. In addition, Citigroup, Danske Bank and UBS as Joint Bookrunners and ABG Sundal Collier Denmark, Rabobank and RBC Co-Lead Managers.

Lazard acted as financial advisor to Dong and Rothschild to the Danish state.
