Mortgage: SBAB raises certain mortgage loans by 10-25 basis points

(SIX) SBAB raises some of its longer mortgage rates by between 10 and 25 basis points on 17 June. It is clear from a press release. Three-month interest rate unchanged at 1.69 percent and the one year old is still at 1.69 percent. The two-year interest rate by 10 basis points to 1.92 percent, and three-year interest rates pulled up 20 basis points to 2.19 percent. Four year old boy raised 20 basis points to 2.47 percent, while five-year rate is increased by 25 basis points to 2.74 percent. Sjuårsräntan increased 25 basis points to 3.22 percent and the ten-year interest rate by 25 basis points to 3.73 percent. Interest rate change also applies to SBAB's business partners ICA Bank and Ikano Bank. The interest rate for homes and condominiums located on the same level as the corresponding mortgage loans.
