Fredrik Berselius: We work hard every day

” We have guests coming shortly, we are going to celebrate quickly now, we have not had the time yet. We can celebrate in the evening. But we shall celebrate, we shall do so.
in the Past, Fredrik Berselius worked at the scandinavian superkrogen Aquavit, together with the Swedish star chef Marcus Samuelsson.
” the Focus is amazing ingredients. We cook with ingredients from mostly New York city, we are trying to find a relationship between Sweden and New York city … and Brooklyn, upstate New York. We are looking flavors from his childhood in Sweden, trying to find the relationship between the Nordic countries and New York, look Swedish smakminnen.
