Spotifygrundarna suddenly spreads its money – goes into the housing site – Business Week

Daniel Ek’s personal advisor has just brought in new capital – and both Spotifygrundarna jumping on the bandwagon.

Now Spotifygrundarna Daniel Ek and Martin Lorentzon first known joint investment outside of Spotify, the reports VentureBeat. The two founders have participated in the latest round of the British Student.com site that helps students find housing. The site took the round in $ 60 million and it is not yet clear how much of this came from the Oak and Lorentzon’s pockets.

There is JP Jones, Luke Nolan and Shakil Khan, who runs Student.com. Noticeably in this context is that Khan also are investors in Spotify and acts a personal adviser to Ek.
