It is better for the US IT giant Microsoft’s Swedish part, shows the recent annual report.
the profit after financial items for Microsoft AB, based in Kista, Stockholm, landed 275 million during the last fiscal year ended in June of last year. That compares with profit of SEK 239 million during the previous fiscal year.
The turnover increased from 1.4 billion to 1.5 billion. The number of employees increased and amounted at year end to the equivalent of 568 full-time employees, 14 percent more than a year earlier.
The holding company in Luxembourg receive a dividend of SEK 212 million, equivalent to almost the entire profit after tax.
