Getinge in line with the förvätningarna – parts distributed to the owners, the Business community

the medical technology Company Getinge group’s ebita-earnings before non-recurring items was 963 million in the third quarter of 2016. Analysts had, on average, were aiming for an ebita profit of 966 million euros, according to SME’s compilation. It is clear from the quarterly report.

the Getinge group’s turnover for the kvartalsperioden amounted to 6.929 million. Analysts had expected a net sales of 7.074 million, according to SME direkt.

Orders received amounted to 7.176 million, expected 7.476 million.

Getinge intends to propose to the Patient & Post-Acute Care, prior to this Extended Care, will be awarded to Getinge’s shareholders and listed on the stock exchange.

the Decision is a result of Getinge’s strategic review in order to clarify the long-term direction for the group and to ensure a sustainable and profitable growth.

Getinge will focus on two areas, Acute Care Therapies and Surgical Workflows.

the Proposal of a dividend of the Patient & Post-Acute Care will be presented at an extraordinary general meeting in the autumn of 2017 for the shareholders to consider and decide.

“If the meeting resolves in accordance with the board’s proposal is the ambition to complete the dividend by the first quarter of 2018,” said Getinge.

Patient & Post-Acute Care includes, among other things, products and solutions for safe patient handling, prevention of venous, medical beds, hygiene systems, and early mobilization of the patient.
