Oil production increased for Opec in October – Business

Opec is leaving its forecast for growth in global oil demand roughly unchanged, while the forecast for the supply is lowered marginally. It shows opec’s monthly report for november published on Friday.

Opec expects that the demand amounts to 94,40 million barrels per day average 2016 (94,40 in October) and 95,55 million barrels per day on average to 2017 (95,56).

the Demand is thus expected to increase by 1.23 million barrels per day in 2016 and rise by 1.15 million barrels per day by 2017. It is unchanged in the respective nedreviderat by 0.01 million barrels per day from the previous forecast.

The slight downward revision occurs in the wake of a poorer development in Latin america and the Middle east than expected, forming a counterweight against an unexpectedly strong demand from the OECD countries in Europe and Asia and the Pacific region.

the Demand for Opec oil is expected to be at 31.9 million barrels per day in 2016, uppreviderat 0.1 million and an increase of 1.9 million barrels per day in 2015. For 2017 is expected to a rise by 0.8 million to 32.7 million barrels per day, uppreviderat by 0.1 million barrels.

Opec forecasts that supply from countries outside Opec will be 56,20 million barrels per day average 2016 (56,30) and 56,43 million barrels per day on average to 2017 (56,54).

According to secondary sources increased opec’s production in October, with the 24,000 barrels per day to 33,64 million barrels per day.
