Max Ladow and Johan Witt, the founder of the Foodiebag, however, is optimistic – they have found their own niche.

"the Idea is based in that we wanted to simplify for people to cook and eat more quality food," says Max Ladow.

Foodiebag delivers food to your door, but not any food; the menu consists of signature dishes from a handplock finer Stockholmsrestauranger. The food comes prepared to easily prepared at home, a concept that aims to keep the food fresh.

"food supplies have increased exponentially in popularity over the past few years, which is a great opportunity for us restaurateurs. However, there is a risk that the cooked food becomes shaken or cold during transport. With Foodiebags concept is, the prepared raw materials are individually packaged and do not need to värmehållas during the delivery," says Mats Broström, CEO and founder of the Restaurant Frog that is one of the restaurants Foodiebag work with.

the Other affiliated restaurants are the Brasserie, Rolf’s Kitchen, Trattoria Montanari and YOI.

the Service is used via an app or the website, and the prices are reported to be lower than at the table service at the restaurants.

so far, the service is only available inside the duty.
