Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro said that the bank Citibank will shut down the account used by the country to make international transactions.
The repressed president argue that American interests and the country’s economic elite is trying to block access to international credit.
– Do you think they will stop us by a financial blockade? No, ladies and gentlemen, no one will stop Venezuela, the president said on television.
