So much did the morning press, digital ad revenue in 2015 – Resume

Morning Pressens digital advertising revenues increased by 10.3 percent in 2015 compared with full year 2014, show TU’s Internet Barometer. The total turnover morning press digital ad revenue 738 million crowns.

The metropolitan press increased its digital revenues by 8.2 percent to 406 million, provincial grew by 12.7 percent to 377 million.

The fourth quarter was the strongest and contributed to the increase for the year was double digit.

– Advertising revenues from provincial newspapers’ sites performed poorly in recent quarters, but made strong emit in the last quarter, representing a growth of 23 percent. It is at these numbers, I want to see the continued growth in the coming period, says TU’s outgoing chief analyst Tobias Hedstrom , in a statement.
