Woman died after head-on collision – Swedish Radio

A woman in her 50s died in a head-on collision between two cars on County Road 166 north of Bäckefors in Bengtsfors Monday evening.

Police received a complaint 20:45 that a car swerved back and forth across the roadway. Shortly thereafter crashed the reeling car with an oncoming car. The female driver who drove the car that swerved died and relatives are informed.

– Another person received minor injuries, said Ulf Lörstad, assistant duty officer at the police in Västra Götaland to P4 West.

During the rescue work was complete stop in traffic.
