Wage agreements relieving the current on a conveyor belt at the moment. Last Thursday was the industrial negotiations for 600 000 employees cope. And on Sunday it was time for the trade workers.

In addition to the level of wage growth and distribution of them is Susanna Gideonsson particularly pleased with the restrictions on fixed-term contracts negotiated.

– Now we have limitations that says they may not be less than 14 days and it feels great. It’s a big step to bring orderliness in our workplaces, she said.

However, Susanna Gideonsson not particularly satisfied with the agreement is for one year.

– We had would have liked a longer contract.

Although the Swedish Trade CEO Karin Johansson would have preferred a longer contract, but she says there has been a constructive and good dialogue.
