Klövern has purchased three properties in Västerås for a total of SEK 230 million. There is an office building in the center and two properties with retail and warehouse premises. Completion will take place on 20 January.
In December, Klövern has also sold a leasehold in Västerås, and gained access to a real estate company bought earlier for SEK 175 million, where some surface remains to rent out.
