Volvo Cars sales of cars fell by 2.1 per cent to 60.804 pieces in december. On an annual basis step försäljingen by 6.2 per cent to 534.332 cars, reports Bloomberg News.
It has for some time been speculated about Volvo Cars is on the way to a listing.
At the end of december 2016 gave the company issued preference shares for the five billion that were purchased by three Swedish ägarinstitutioner: AMF, Folksam and the First AP fund.
Volvo Cars stated then that they at a later stage, plans to convert the preference shares into quoted ordinary shares, which according to Reuters, confirmed plans for an ipo.
