japanese game maker Nintendo has announced that the eagerly awaited console Switch will go on sale on 3 march. Släppdatumet is global and also includes Sweden, according to the company’s Swedish site. Switch, which is a hybrid between a desktop and laptop console, will cost 300 dollars in the US and 30 000 yen in Japan.
Some official prices for Europe are, according to the british media, not yet, but based on the international prices, it may cost over 3 000. Nintendo in Sweden report that a quotation is expected to come next week.
the Switch should be Nintendo’s revenge for försäljningsfloppen with the console Wii U, which is partly explained by the lack of popular game titles. But the stock market was not impressed by the news – the company’s shares fell in Tokyo, with almost 6 per cent on Friday.
