A 64-year-old man from the city-region and is sentenced to prison after running the car 1.64 per mille of alcohol in the blood. The man was also under the influence of cannabis.

the 64-year-old claims that he had access to cannabis via a pain-relieving pill that he had taken the day before. When he was stopped by the police said the man, he swept a platsmugg with the spirits and took a few sips of beer which according to him would explain his alcohol level. How much he drank or was the booze came from, he remembers not, but he claims that he tolerates very little alcohol and easily get memory lapses.
