The major banks have down after technical problems – the Express newspaper

Around nine o’clock on Thursday evening confirmed SEB’s for Expressen that their app and website was down and that they had no forecast on when the problems would cease. But now should the problem be fixed.

SEB’s app and website was down in little more than an hour.

“I can say that it was a technical error, but it was not an attack from outside,” says Laurence Westerlund, press contact SEB.

It is not the first time SEB has a technical problem. In a post on their Facebook page was informed their customers about the problem. After about an hour had the post received over 30 comments and a few of them were positive.

“Now again? Sigh…,” writes one customer.

“Starting to get ridiculous here. It takes place several times a week,” writes another.

SEB’s customer service seem to agree.

“It has been a week filled with problems. We investigate what has happened and our hopes is of course that everything should work better in the future,” writes SEB as a response to the customer’s comment.

SEB has had problems all week and the one who suffered writes that the hen does not have had to bail out his dog from the vet when they not got in touch with the bank.
