A body has been found in a pond in the Rannebergen in the north east of Gothenburg, writes Göteborgs-Posten.
A private citizen made the discovery and got in to the emergency services, who in turn alerted the police.
Police have launched a preliminary investigation on the murder, or alternatively manslaughter.
— A person has been found. We have no identity of the person, and at the moment we do not know what has happened, ” says Jenny Widén, presstalesperson on police in the Western region, to TT.
