It is becoming cheaper to build new wind turbines. But the relatively low electricity prices will still be only the best projects are profitable, according to a study from the Swedish Energy Agency.
“Our conclusion is therefore that it is only the very best projects that will be realized with the prevailing conditions today, it is primarily investors who have projects with good wind conditions, low cost and small return that will invest in the Swedish wind power in the coming years, “writes Maria Stenkvist, project authority, in a press release.
