Hong Kong Stock Exchange opened up on the details of a disagreement within the Fed about when the first rate hike should come from the US central bank. Hang Seng Index rose 1.2 percent. The Shanghai Composite Index went down slightly, by 0.1 percent.
The Tokyo Stock Exchange has declined in early trading on a stakare yen, the Nikkei 225 index increased by 0.6 percent and the broader Topixindex 0.7 percent.
