Qlik bought out for 25 billion – Swedish Dagbladet

The cash offer has been cleared by a unanimous board, writes Qlik in a press release.

Qlik was founded in Lund in 1993, but has since moved its headquarters to Pennsylvania in the United States. The company develops software for decision support through advanced data analysis.

The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.
