Macron warns Britons of isolation – Västerbotten Courier

Britain leaving the EU, the country will be isolated and be about as important as Guernsey, one of the islands in the English Channel. The warning issued France’s Economy Minister Emmanuel Macron before the British “brexit” -omröstning next Thursday.

– Leaving the EU would mean a Guernseyfiering of Britain, says Macron in an interview with the French newspaper Le Monde.

Macron also says that the European Council must be clear with the consequences of the British voting for a withdrawal.
