The agreement keeps the brand – Today’s Trading

The Swedish Trade and Commercial Employees Union has on Sunday afternoon agreed on a new collective agreement for employees in private stores and warehouses. The agreements include wage increases of 590 crowns while the lowest wages will be increased by 500 crowns.

The agreement is for one year from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017.
The cost is the mark set by industry partners .

– we have done what we should and delivered the second mark for the female-dominated sectors. I am glad that we in this way ensures that low-paid women who form a large part of our membership does not fall behind in wage growth, says Susanna Gideonsson, ‘Union of Commercial Employees Union.

In his press release writing Handels contract negotiations also focused on securing jobs and limiting certain time – and part-time employment. Here, the parties have agreed for the ambition of the norm must be full time and those employed on general temporary should have a length of at least 14 days.

In a press release from the Swedish Trade commented on the agreement of the president Karin Johansson :

The starting salary does not rise to the same extent as other wages but increased by 85 per cent of the contract pay increases ie 500 crowns.
